As we mentioned to you, the company will be relocating us during the first quarter 2008 and will also help subsidize temporary housing if we have not closed by the time Bob starts his new position. I met Sherri in the course of looking for an investment property and future home in the Tiburon area. Having a home in San Anselmo, I was at the time exploring open houses to get an idea of the area and the market.
Sherri represented the seller of the property I bought in late 2004 at 22 Linda Vista Avenue in Tiburon. We first met at the open house for that property. After several showings, I submitted an offer to Sherri and ended up buying the property. The escrow went very smoothly, in large part due to Sherri’s professionalism and organization of all the materials and “events” that needed to transpire to make the transaction happen.
Sherri has since represented me in leasing the property and I have a stable, good tenant as a result. It is very helpful to me that Sherri lives close by the property since I know things are watched and taken care of. It is at least a 30-minute drive to the property and so Sherri being so close is a huge help and relief.
